Me too, I'd love to live in the Seattle area for all the rain! It has been a very rainy summer here, good thing there has been a graught here for the last 12 years. The lady who helps me clean the house says there hasn't been water in the resovoir for 16 years and now it is overflowing! The bad thing is that the trantulas come out of their holes and wander around when it rains a lot!

    ROTFLOL!!!

I'm from Seattle. It's been raining for a week, everybody has forgotten how to drive in the rain (it rains 9 months out of the year, c'mon people!). It's taking me an 1-1/2 to 2hrs to get to work in the morning, it should only take 45 minutes. I've been late to work everyday for a week, everybody is late for their appointments with me... Everybody is talking about how terrible this is... and we all keep saying.... "I wish I could be in Mexico!"

we're apparently getting the tail end of a hurricane. I love watching and listening to the rain battering on the roof but I reaaaaally dislike being in it. I have an extreme aversion to rain - my hubby thinks its hilarious, but I really have to control my temper when the rain catches me by surprise. I even make him drive right up to the front door so that I don't need to walk in it . I end up acting like a 5 year old kid when my hair gets wet *stamps feet*

I usually am thankful for the rain. I love rain, and dark gloomy days. I should live in Ireland!!! This time, I'm not so thankful. Last week it rained for 5 days straight. No breaks. Now it is raining again, this is day #2. I'm just tired of it. I guess no Ireland for me!! lol. I would rather it just get cold so it turns into snow.

I understand about all the rain. I've been there too. I would just like to see a rain shower everyonce in a while. It rained about 2 inches last week, but this week, you can't tell it did anything. It is powder dry and the leaves are turning brown and falling off the tree. It doesn't look like we will have much of a fall this year. I hope it stops raining for you soon.
