Nova Ring

My Dr has recommended a nova ring<sp?> instead if the pill but I am a little unsure. Has anyone tried it? I am a little unsure of it staying in during intercourse. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

I know it produces the lowest levels of estrogen in the blood of any birth control combined medication (less bloating, less weight gain, less moodiness, less blood pressure or headache problems), but I dunno about its comfort. Bump!

i love the nuva ring, BUT my OBGYN says its not as effective for women who are hevey and can cause you to become PG.

I tried the Nuva Ring. I loved it. I had no side effects and I got my sex drive back!! However, dh said he could feel it during intercourse and it was uncomfortable to him so I went back on bcp's.

I was on the nuvaring a couple years ago. I really liked it because I didn't have to take a pill every day. My husband hated it because he said that he could feel it during intercourse. You can take it out for up to 3 hours if you want to. My husband didn't like that idea either because it is less spontaneous to do that.
