Default Herbs to bring on AF? Need some hope!

Hi girls. Just wondering if anyone has taken any herbs to bring on AF before? I know many women use NPC or take Provera but am just curious if anyone's used natural remedies to help bring on AF and what the outcome was? Am taking Vitex & Dong Quai so am curious to hear other peoples stories. Please!!!!!!!!!! I'm desperate for some hope at the moment! After charting for 8 months my chart finally said I O'd last week but it took it away today I was so upset! Am TTC but won't even get my damn period!

I am using Fertility Blend, which contains vitex, and also it is said that Maca Root can help. I cannot say if it works as I just ordered my first bottle.

You can find information on MACA on the internet... good luck !

I'm using a mix of Vitex and Black Cohosh (as well as a few other things listed in my sig) and I got AF on the first month taking it. You have to be patient with Vitex though because it is a slow acting herb and can take a few months for it to kick in.

There is a whole thread of Vitex users in this section. You should read through it - it'll probably answer a lot of your questions
