There are indeed. And I note that one of them makes the point that the most effective way of temporary removal of unwanted hair is shaving with an electric razor, which is certainly what I've found. I seem to remember reading elsewhere of a poll of female dermatologists who were asked what method of hair removal they'd use if they themselves had excessive facial hair, and virtually all of them siad they'd shave.
