I keep hitting walls trying to find someone. Anyone know of a specialist in my area?

My RE is Dr. Stein in Springfield.
Holy cow, you guys are neighbors to me!! I don't know of one in Springfield, but Bolivar has some good ones. Call the hospital there, and ask for the women's clinic.

is dr stein with st johns or cox? I'll have to look to see if he's on my list of doctors. if he's not, it might be worth it if he/she is good to go and pay myself.
He's at the Woman's Clinic which is affliated with St. Johns. His background includes PCOS. He's the first RE I went to, so i don't have anyone else to compare him to, but diagnosed me right away. He's very caring & seems to know about PCOS. Let me know if you decide to see him.
I see dr.ledger (st.johns) and he is very nice but not very aggressive with treatment, I think the practice over there is mostly focused on diabetes. I haven't seen her myself, but dr. kathy graves is an ob/gyn with cox that specializes in pcos. She's out of my network but I think it'll be worth it to dish out the cash to go see her, I've heard excellent things about her. We should all get together and have a little springfield, mo support group.... well, a sw mo support group I used to live in bolivar, I won't leave ya out![]()
