Unhappy my neck is acting up

Not a big thing but last time it cramped and it hurt so bad. My chiropractor thinks it is from the whiplash I had over a year and half ago in a car accident.

When it acted up a few weeks ago, It was horriably painful, all cramping and stuff. So now, I am stopping everything and just going to force myself to relax all day and perhaps tomorrow.

I get scared when it starts to hurt so canceled plans to pick up lady from church by calling a deacon.

Not probably going anywhere for NYE...ho hum.

Thx for reading and pls pray. God bless.
    This is me.

I was in a car wreck years ago and I still get pain in my neck from it. Oddly enough generic Midol seems to help!

I was in 3 car accidents within 7 months, so I have a lot of experience with pain management of whiplash. If you want to know anything about stretches, etc., pm me. Stretches (in combination with chiro, massage, and physio) were the only thing that helped when my neck was in spasm.
