Default healthy pregnancy food and recepies

    Hallo,
I am a very picky eater. Now that I am pregnant I find myself tired of the same food every day. Anyone has any suggestions on healthy pregnancy food and recepies (easy ones)

I am not quite sure what you are looking for or what you are trying to avoid, but I just had a really good smoothee for breakfast.

    1 banana
    3/4 c frozen blueberries
    3 ice cubes
    1/2 c milk
    1/3 c yogurt vanilla
2-1/2 T powdered milk (for extra protein)

mixed in blender - it was really good and the measurements are approximate. It was filling too, which really surprised me.

Oh, and congratulations on your pregnancy!!

    thanxs for the idea,
I am just looking for simple things, easy to make no time consuming.
I will try the smoothie tomorrow
