Ok, I am seriously considering starting Insulite. but I have some concerns/questions.
First I want to know if the people that take it think it is worth the $$?
Also i want to know how well and how fast it works?
What symptoms has it helped?
Thanks.
Yes it is worth the $$
No it is NOT worth the $$
Yes it works GREAT
No it didn't work at all
Not sure if it works-No changes yet
Whats Insulite?????

I have been on the Insulite System for over 2 months. I started seeing results in just 2 days after I started taking it. I have never been able to control my appetite or lose weight, and it's helped me to do it. The first month I was on it I went from 158 pound to 148, and I have been stuck there for a month. I might go off of it if I don't lose anymore. I mainly tried it because I was desperate for something to lose all the belly fat I have and my endocrinologist is in such high demand that I can only get an appointment once every six months, and she is still running a bunch of tests before I am put on any prescription medication for PCOS. Anyhow, I think it's definitely been worth the money for the Insulite being that I can't lose weight just dieting and excercising.
I am very curious on the experience of anyone taking this, the good and bad. I just can't get anough info from the people taking it on here. i had posted on the Insulite gals thread and that was to weeks ago and no one else has posted there. So if anyone else is taking this let us know the progress.
I just joined today, but have been reading soulcysters for awhile now. I feel like I had a "break through" today! I have been taking Clomid, but have decided to go the natural route. I am seeing an acupuncturist (had my 1st visit today) and loved it! The acupuncturist wants to prescribe Chinese Herbs as well. I am also talking on phone with the Insulite folks in Boulder, CO. They return my calls and want to help. They seem very knowledgeable and personable. I want to work with both Acupuncture and Insulite. I was diag with PCOS 4 years ago and wish I knew what I know now!! My mom took Clomid and got breast cancer at age 33. Is there a link? I am not sure, but I think so! I am not risking it...I have enough "increased risks". Insulite looks promising as they go after the root cause..insulin resistance, rather than treat the symptom with Western Medicine....Clomid, birth control pills, etc. And, it's NATURAL!
I just purchased the insulite system....we'll see what happens!!
I'd like to know, too, because I'm thinking about trying it.

I received my Insulite last tuesday and I started taking it yesterday. Already I can feel a difference. I can't wait to see what the results will be in a couple months. My Dh is in the military and is going deployed soon, so I will continue to take the Insulit while he is gone, and then when he gets back we are going to pair the insulite with the ov watch. I was reading an article in Conceive magazine and the ov watch can be used with success by PCOS patients. It is kinda pricey, but I'd rather get the ov watch and use it before we spend $12,000 on IVF. As far as side effects with the Insulite I have had none. I have a blood glucose monitor and I have been monitoring my blood sugar and the insulite is helping with it. Normal blood glucose range for me is 80-120 and with taking the insulite it has been keeping my blood glucose steady at around 85-91 even after eating a meal, where normally it would rise like a rocket. I hope this helps ya'll and if you have any questions please email me at thefoutys@cox.net
Each morning you wake up say," something good will happen for me today" and more than likely it will.

I was on isulite for about a week, I couldnt handle much longer than that, I have an eating problem I dont eat enough all the time so it was hard for me to schedule the meals around the pills. I just cant really eat. anyhow all the pills started making me feel sick and I would forget to take them at all the right times. when i did id get weak. well i checked my blood sugar and it dropped way to low!!! I was having like a hypoglcemic attack?! I had to drink soda and eat sugar. I was also low carbing at the time. so maybe I should have eaten normal>>>carbs foods while taking it. maybe im not IR? can that be possible to have pcos and not be IR? why would my blood sugar get dangerously low? anyhow thats my experiance. if you get to dizzy or weak or hypoglcemic episodes i would be careful with this product. not to discourage anyone....im sure it has helped many.
