Just wanted to share some information with all of you which has helped me tremendously. I read somewhere that most women with PCOS have a deficiency in the Vitamin B group. Vitamin B's (B5, B6, B12) help control mild feelings of depression, anxiety and mood. So I started taking a Vit B Complex 100 and extra B12 once a day at different times to see if it made any difference.
Well after 7 months of experimentation, I have noticed a huge difference. I am a much happier person. I can control my anxiety better, and I'm also not as b*t*c*y anymore. I did stop taking them for about two weeks to see if actually was the Vit B, and boy oh boy did I feel awful. So now I make sure to take them at lunch time everyday! Oh ya, it also gives me more energy in the afternoons, don't feel so tired anymore (noticed that too)
Please note though: Vit B can interfere with other meds, so you might want to discuss it with your doc first.
