    Unhappy I was a mother on Mother's Day... :(

    and I didn't even know. I have been so depressed. I have been miscarrying all week/possibly the last 2 weeks. I am thinking I was only about a month along since my symptoms started about a month ago. How long will the bleeding last? See this post for my story:

    I am still so confused and heartbroken.

    Mariposabelle - {{ HUGS }}

    I'm so so sorry for your loss. I had the same thing happen to me last year - surprise BFP and then miscarriage shortly thereafter with nothing showing up inside me. I also had another m/c just recently, but with this one, we saw a heartbeat. Each miscarriage is different, so your bleeding could last a couple of days to a couple of weeks. My first one lasted 4 days, the second around 12.

    Here's the good news... you got pregnant! Regardless of success or failure, your body did something you'd been told all along it couldn't do! It may not have gotten it right, but it's a step in the right direction.

    I had been told I could never get pregnant without intervention, and fruitlessly TTC for 6 years (WITH intervention off and on) with absolutely no results... then BAM! 2 BFP in one year! Neither ended in a baby, but I'm just hoping against hope that maybe my body's getting the hang of it.

    For now, be kind to yourself. Grieve the loss of this little one. Most importantly, talk about your feelings. This is a rough time for you. We're here when you need us.
