    Default Metformin & PCOS

    Hello Ladies,

    Diagnosed with PCOS
    1998

    Miscarried
    December 11, 2006

    Metformin
    started 6/05/07

    First Cycle since 12/11/06:
7/10/07 (almost one month after starting Metformin)

According to online Ovulating Calendars I should be ovulating between 7/22 - 7/29. We're going to try hoping this will work! My sister was on Metformin for three months (without monitoring fertility dates after her miscarriage and just had a healthy baby girl in June). WISH ME LUCK & BABY DUST....

Any one else have experiences with Metformin? I've had tons of tummy problems since taking it, but worth it if we can get pregnant. Metformin is only being used for PCOS, I do not have diabetes.
    5. Aunt Flo is here 7/10/07 (1st time in 7 months!)
    4. Prescribed Metformin 6/4/07
    3. Endometrial Biopsy 4/1/07: Negative
    2. Evan Gabrial born into heaven 12/11/06

I started taking Met in May, and had a fasting blood test the morning after I took the first pill. The Dr didn't warn me about not eating on this stuff.......I got completely sick at work and had to have someone drive me home. I learned the hard way, you have to eat (at least) 3 meals a day, or your body will let you know it has a problem.

Just letting you in on the met secret.
