Clomid sperm analysis

I talked to the nurse at my OB's office about starting clomid. She told me about the tests they run before clomid. One of these was sperm analysis. I'm wondering what DBF is going to say when he hears this. Did any of your DH or DBF have a major problem with this? To me, it isn't that big of a deal but I'm not the one jerking off in a cup either.

my husband had no problem with it, he knows there are many things I have to go through, so it is only fair

My DH was really nervous about it... he really wanted me with him..but work schedules wouldn't allow...but he managed..lol

my dr did not insist that i have the whole sperm thing done until after at least three cycles of clomid!.he seems to think that that should be done after clomid has been given for a while.
my partner happy to do any thing that helps us concieve a beautiful baby

Because most doctors put a limit on how many rounds of Clomid you can do (all of them should...), it's best not to chance wasting rounds. If your partner has problems, you'll want them to be addressed first so as to maximize your Clomid efforts.

my dh was nervous about it but given all the tests i went through and the laproscopy, we thought the least he qould do was a sperm analysis

My DH was great about it... no probs at all, he did request that I be there with him and we were actually able to complete the kit offsite (in our home) and bring in the kit w/in an hr - all was well!

I have an appointment coming up and DBF is very nervous too. He will do it but is just a bit embarrassed about it. It should be fine though

yeah my dh was fine with it. he wanted me home with him but work conflicted. They shouldnt have a problem i mean everything we go through its the least they can do, right?
