Ashley - snow is always better in Chatham... we're in a 'valley' or sorts, so most systems pass us right over. London and Windsor will both get like 5 inches and Chatham gets nothing. it sorta funny (well, to me, being in chatham and not in the 5 inches)
Hoping the system they are calling for tonight won't be too bad.

Did it take very long to get an appointment? When I called in the fall, they said they could give us an appointment within a week or 2 if we wanted to see the new dr at the SOFT clinic.

Sprite - that doctor is no longer there ... it's only Dr Martin ... and the wait is now more like 6-8 weeks ...

Really! Hmmm she didn't stay long. Still awesome to get an appoitment in 6-8 weeks. I work in a very busy Urologist office and it take 3-5 months to get in. I better get cracking on that referral if I want to try in the summer.

I took Provera, never heard of Marvelon.

On the paperwork Dr Martin gave it says he uses provera to bring on AF, and when I asked him about it, he said he uses Marvelon now, which is a BCP. 10 days of marvelon. i dunno, just doing what hes telling me.

Hi ladies!! I'm late in joining but I too am from London but am currently living just outside of London! I also have gone to Dr Martin at SOFT for IUI's. I like him waaaaay better than Dr F at UH!! I've been on a break but hoping to be back in the 'game' in the Spring.

Safyre~ Back in August I took 10 days of bcp's to shrink a cyst and bring on af. I got af about 3 days after I took my last bcp. hth. Best wishes!!

Canadiangirl~ Hello!! I see in your siggy you are gearing up for your IUI this week! Best wishes!!!

LOL! I just want to help my fellow cysters. I have met so many women (over the past few years through my work) who have had success with Dr Martin at SOFT. I find the entire staff very kind, patient, and understanding. Dh and I are hoping to go back in the spring to resume our IUI's.
