    Default Newbie with questions

Hi I just joined here and I have a question.

First off Ill give some background, I'm 20 years old will be 21 in March DH and I have been married for just over a year he is 22 will be 23 in March. We have been TTC officially for the past few months but not preventing for the 2 1/2 years we have been a couple. I have been charting BBT but I'm not as good at it as I should be, I cant always temp at the same time. I have had only one chart ever show an ovulation day and that was only based on temperature and CM. This is my 3rd cycle trying OPK's and I'm on CD 20 with no indication at all that I'm going to ovulate soon, all of the results are very very faint and don't look like they are getting any darker. I'm slightly overweight, about 195 lbs and I'm about 5 foot 7 so I could stand to loose 30lbs or so but I just cant get rid of it. Also for some time now I have been experiencing some major hair loss. I used to shed all the time when I was a teenager and it wasn't really bad until a few months ago. It seems like now I can run my hand through my hair and I will get a huge chunk of loose hair every time. My cycles are about 35 to 38 days long usually but I do always have a period but recently its been very out of whack but it always comes. According to fertility friend my longest cycle was 45 days. My periods have always been pretty heavy and I clot a lot but that has happened since I was a teen. I also get very very bad cramps during AF, almost to the point where some days Im stuck in bed and can barely move or eat.

I'm part of another forum where you can actually ask questions and there is a doctor there who answers questions. I posed about my worries of having PCOS and he got back to me saying it did in deed sound like I'm probably suffering from it.

Now my big question is, are any of you taking medications such as Clomid and you do not have insurance? My hubby is part time and we don't see him being full time any time in the near future but I don't want to give up on TTC because I badly want a baby. I was wondering if anyone pays for these meds out of pocket and how much you pay? I'm willing to work with my doctors and set up a payment plan if it means getting things on track so I can have a baby but I'm needing more opinions on my situation. Any help would be appreciated.
