Our total combined thread weight loss so far is 78lbs.

In September alone we lost 10lbs together! That's just in one month, so well done those that worked hard and shifted some weight.

That is amazing, our support and determination is really working!! Congratulations everyone on your hard work so far.

Wow well done everyone, I've been awol and everyone has been doing fantastically!!

Nyk: Congrats on reaching your 1st target. You don't know how pleased I am for you!! You must feel great.

Jess: 5lbs is fab!! Congrats Keep going, you can do it

Maz: How was the house move?

Sarah Louise: How goes it? Sounds like you've had a similar situation to me. I've been so busy and have slipped up, only slightly but enough to annoy me! Also been unwell which is another factor. I weighed myself and haven't lost or gained so know I must work harder.

How is everyone else? and the new recruits?

I'm thinking of changing my target to lose another 1/2 stone by Christmas. I think it would really motivate me. Have been out for an hour walk today but really feeling rough still, hopefully in a couple of days I'm gonna bust this belly and chin for good, lol !!!

    Hope all is well.

    We can do it.

Well I have been soooo lacking in the motivation department its unreal !! I am ashamed of myself !! so I am back on the health wagon yet again (hopefully this time I wont fall off !), have to admit though that I still haven’t weighed myself to see how bad I have been .............. but I will tomorrow and of course report back.

So this my day one on kicking my butt into gear and I have been very good with what I have to eat, back to swimming tomorrow (tonight is de-fuzz my armpits !!! LOL). I have even bought myself a lovely t-shirt one size to small as a small incentive for me to lose some weight to fit into it other wise it just a waste of money !!

Welcome Pharmacyster and well done on your weight loss so far

Nyksta: Am awaiting mine too but not showed her face yet! You will be saying 13st... before you know it, woooooo! x

Sarah Louise: Good luck Me too, I went a bit 'off' the last week or two and today really is a kick up the arse for me too. Good luck with the weigh in.

MY NEW TARGET: 1/2 stone for Christmas!

I'm just hovering under 11st but still breastfeeding. I'm a size 12 clothes but F boobs so am allowing a couple of lbs for those whoppers LOL. Since I'm at my pre PG weight now (it was somewhere between 10st 7 - 11st before PG) I decided it was time for a new incentive/target. Am hoping I will look hot for the Christmas parties, bring on the challenge! x

Did I tell you guys that I broke 2 toes about 6 weeks ago? Anyway, couldn't do much walking at all. It's apparently meant to heal after 4 weeks and here I am still in considerable pain, esp in the cold. It's really crap, I so desperately want to go out and walk, walk, walk but it's too painful. I have been walking but not quickly and not for more than an hour at a time.

It is difficult to get motivated for walks etc., when the weather is grotty. I think I did so well in the summer partly as I was out all the time just walking about. It's also easier to eat salads etc., in the summer.

Just think of the benefits in a few weeks time and hopefully it will help. You will be so happy

I have a weight chart printed off and I cross off the weight as I pass them and write the date next to it, it's a good motivator for me. x
