Default Yes, 500mg of Met can work!

So, just wanted to let everyone know, AF came yesterday!

I am SO thankful that the Met may help me regain my cycles!

I know there have been many questions on the effectiveness of only 500mg and I just wanted to pass along that it can work!

Good for you! I'm really glad you posted this cause I'm on only 500mg and had just posted a question about it being effective.
    Thanks,

I can sort of attest to 500mg being effective

I started out at that does and within about a week AF showed up, so yes - 500mg CAN start working. Granted, I'm on CD56 or so but that's not the point.

Good luck and I hope you keep seeing results.

Again, I think everyone is different, but I wanted to give you just a glimmer of hope that it CAN get things going again...
