just started yaz, when should af start

my dr told me to take a hpt and if it was negative to start the pills. i have been on it for 3 weeks. when should i expect to af to show up?

Every body is different. Technically, I guess you should expect to get your period when you get to the white pills in the pack. But, it may take your body a few months to get used to the new routine. I just finished my first pack of Yaz. I started bleeding a full week before I got to the white pills. Then, of course, when I got to the white pills, I started bleeding yet again.

I am on yaz and usually start aound the second day of the white pills, however it does change some months which can be really anoying.

I have been on Yaz since last October I am a sunday starter and I don't actually start until the Sunday that I am supposed to start my new pill pack. It usually last about a day or a day and a half then it's over.

I've been on Yaz for a couple years and this is the exact same experience I have...if I am going to bleed at all, it starts the Sunday I start the new pack.

i did start the week before i started the white pills. now i am almost to the white pills for the second month, and i havent started yet, but i shouldn't start until next week. i bled for almost a week and a half, very heavy for about 4 days, but i haven't had a period for 7 yrs. hopefully this month will be less.
