Hello there.. I have ready the topic about what to ask the docotor. I am making a appointment to go see my GYN. I am wondering what kind of Questions to ask her..
I am not trying to get Pregnant. I have a son and me and my DH only wanted one Child.
Can anyone else help me with this please and thank you.

Well How i found out that I had PCOS was that i was 3 weeks late for my period. I had done 5 perg test all came back neg. SO i made a Doc appointment with my family doctor. Two days before I had the appointment I got my period. Now for 18 years I have been bang on with my periods. SO I kept my appointment. I went in told him what was going on told him that I was also feeling really tired lately and getting dizzy spells as well. So he said that he was sending me for a Ultrasound and he was going to do some blood work. I booked the ultrasound for the next day. On my way to the ultrasound my doc offices calls and says that he would like to see me because my liver count was high. well I went for the ultrasound and she asked me when my last period was and all of that. I told her that I was on my period right now. SO half way though it she told me to go empty my bladder and come back because she had to do a internal on me.. I knew then something was wrong.
So I have been getting my blood checked for my liver. Have had a ultrasound down on my liver. Waiting to to hear back from that. |I found out on March 31 2008 that I have PCOS according to my family doctor. The one thing that he told me is that I have cyst all over.. my overis utres tubes and cervix..
SO I am not sure. I looked into the guide of what to ask but Honstely didn't find it that helpful. Those were kind question that I had already written down.. I just want to know if anyone asked anything else or.. Have questions that they wish they asked on the first visit...

That sounds like cysts, and fibroids. Maybe start there and ask to get the exact results, which ones are which and which course of action needs to be taken.
