Hi,

I'm not sure if this thread is in the right category, but I hadn't been able to login for months.

My password wouldn't work, and neither did creating alternate usernames. I could not find an email address to contact with my concerns. As you can see, just recently I was able to re-register.

How does something like that occur, and how do I avoid it from happening again?

It happened again just now. It said I entered an invalid password.

Another cyster is having the same issue, she emailed me this....

Are you having problems logging into SC? I am going nuts I have not been able to log in for over a week now GRRRR. I sent an email to webmaster@soulcysters.com but I'm not sure if that is the right way to handle it? Could you PLEASE help me?

My handle is Binxsmommy and I am getting an Internal Service Error....or can you at least tell me you are getting the same error and it's no big deal and will be fixed soon....lol.

those sound like two different issues...I'm not sure what's causing either, but I'll pass it on to Scott.
