before the cinnamon, i would come home from work so tired i could barely hold my eyelids open...this week i'm not that way. the only thing i can attribute it to is the cinnamon!! when i was on met, the same thing happened quickly. just this time no stomach issues!

Hi ladies!
Well, I had to stop the cinnamon cause it was making me spot or so I thought. I have been off of it for a week now and im still spotting. Ugh....What can it be. I also started the hyponidd and so I have lost about 6lbs but, im also dieting. FF says I O'd but, I don't believe it at all. I'm going to wait and see if AF arrives and go from there.

So i broke down and tested tonight. Didnt use fmu, it was a BFN. I just bought a Dollar Tree test. I will do those until either AF shows, I get a BFP or it becomes obvious neither one of those is going to happen and I'll start NPC and black cohosh to get AF to come again

Ladies, I think I am going crazy, I decided to go back to the cinnamon tablets... instead of the powder. I think I could have better results. DH is a worry wort, but... Vitex, Cinnamon, and Prenatals... I don't think is too much. I was taking alot of vitamins. Now they are staring at me thru a box. I need order some more Vitex, I only have one more bottle left.... may try a different brand, see if it works better. Cramping a little, but it's sooo dull, don't know what this body is doing.

Faith- I find that to be easier. I dont like taking all these pills either but from what I heard Herbs are not really bad on the liver like prescription.
I heard Milk Thistle is good to take everyonce in awhile since we take tons of pills

brandi - thanks, i just checked it out... it amazes me all the different dosage instructions, mine says 1200mg for 12wks, and 1 a day after... well my 12wks in on June 10th and still no AF... so I am not going to drop the dosage. your bottle says 1600mg. hmmm.... maybe i will try that kind...

hi girls. i've not started taking vitex or cinnamon, but i'm curious as to how you like it... do you see a difference? is it worth me looking into?

brandi - another girl suggested Vitex by NOW... it has dong quai in it... i was looking at that one too.

klm... - i seen a difference in my temps with Vitex, but it hasn't regulated me yet. it can take 3 - 6 months, and i am on 3 months. the other girls on here have seen a difference with Vitex, so i would say it's worth it. i am not seeing a difference with cinnamon yet, but i continue to take it, because i have seen it work on SC. So, yes again... it's worth trying. My opinion.

klm--i agree with faith--it is worth a try...i've been on vitex 7 weeks. i'm already spotting so i hope af will show up soon! every company that makes vitex has a differnt spin on what dose to take. i get mine from vitacost and the dose on the bottle is 1600 mgs twice a day. i started up at 1600 for about 6 weeks and then added another pill. i'm up to 2400 mgs a day. it was after adding the third pill was when i started spotting. i've been on cinnamon 1 week--so far the biggest difference is that i've noticed i've had more energy! i'm taking 2000 mgs of cinnamon a day. i think the best thing is to start off slow and gradually build up. everyone is different so you have to tinker with your dose and see what works for you. the most important thing is to be patient it takes a while for these things to work! good luck.

faith--i've seen some with dong quai in it. from what i read it is really supposed to help aid in getting your cycles straighted out. let me now which one you go with and if you can tell a difference!
