    Angry Endometriosis and Bladder Involvement....Ugh

I've had severe endometriosis for years. I am in Stage 4 in many areas of my pelvic region (diagnosed at Stage 4 at the ripe 'ol age of 17) I've had painful, painful periods all through middle and high school....Then, around 20 years old up until now (24), I was always in constant pain whether I am on or near my period at all...Doesn't matter. If you even touch my lower back on my spine, it hurts from the outside.

Anyway, about the bladder....I have a lot of bladder problems whereas I feel like I have a constant UTI, but I don't. It always comes with my endo flares. The more my endo flares, the worse my bladder feels. I have frequent urination, feels like I have to pee all the time even if I just went 5 minutes ago....And if the endo is really, really bad and flaring, I can feel extreme pain when my bladder empties...Like, I can actually feel the scar tissue pulling around my pelvic area and lower back. No burning or anything like that...no. I even had it during pregnancy...In fact, worse. I was practically immobile from the pain in my bladder. It was terrible and I never want to get PG again because of it. My OB/GYN warned me that women with serious bladder involvement or just serious endo may feel extreme pain and UTI symptoms from scar tissue during pregnancy. Boy was he right, before it even happened. He warned me during my first prenatal visit!

I am going to go back to the doctor soon and ask for another laparascopy to get rid of the scar tissue and deep lesions that were left behind last time (he needed more time and a urologist in the operating room because my kidneys and ureters are too involved and they need to put in stints or something like that...)

So, I was wondering if anyone here had bladder involvement with their endo. I am at a loss and I can't stand it anymore. I think I am the only woman on Earth who is looking FORWARD to menopause! lol...I am 24 and I am waiting for it already...How sad is that

I do know what you mean about the bladder thing. At times it hurt me SO bad to pee. And I even timed myself at work before....I was going to the bathroom every 15-40 minutes...and it was just a feeling of "Oh, I think I gotta go." It was a "No waiting, I have to go now". I was even checked for kidney stones because my pain was so bad. I ended up doing 90 days of Lupron, and actually it helped me a lot. I am not in pain now....I can actually go to the bathroom like a normal person, I just don't know how long it will last. Lupron puts you through a temp. menopause.

I have a suggestion... Have you tried ben wa balls and tightening your PC muscles? I know it sounds trivial however, they have seemed to help me when this was an issue...
