Thread: Starting alternative treatments.

    Red face Starting alternative treatments.

I rarely get any periods, starting last year it got worse to even keep track. I went 4 months with nothing, and then on November first I started spotting for 5 months straight. Then I had a heavy week, a week break, then another heavy week! Then a couple months off then a nice period, then 6 weeks break and now for the last couple weeks spotting. I just want to have a close to normal period! lol. My husband and I are really wanting to start a family. Just with all the spotting and craziness, we have had no luck.

I want to start alternative treatments before I do any medications subscribed from doctors. I have done some research and I am looking into Don Quai. I was wondering if any of you have any input on it. And if you have tried it, when during the month should i take it, and how much, and for how long? I also read sepia 6c will help?

Any other homeopathic or alternative treatments you recommend?

Please help I feel so lost, and would like a decent period! And possibly even a baby!

I take dong quai. I take it continuously. I seep mine in a tincture...however the bottle should have requirements for taking it. Helps with moods, pain and anemia...it is well thought of as the woman's herb.
