    Default Exciting News

    Well girls, I got a BFP yesterday morning!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe I am pregnant again so quickly after suffering a M/C in July! I am currently taking 2000mg of Met and I call this the miracle drug. My husband and I tried for over a year to conceive and nothing happened. I started taking this the beginning of June and got pregnant right away, but sadly M/C'd. I just can't believe I am pregnant again. I have taken 2 tests already just to make sure I am not living in a dream! I am just so excited! Went to the doctor this morning to have my levels drawn and to check my progress. I am around 4 weeks! I am just blown away!
    For those of you trying to conceive on Metformin, maybe try having your dosage upped. I was taking a lower dose before my 2000mg and nothing happened!
    I will keep everyone posted.
    KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS that this pregnancy happens!

    prenatal vits, 1500mg fortamet, baby asprin
    TTC for #1 for 2+yrs
    Injections finally worked !

    beta 1 = 15dpo HCG 128 P4 57 2 = 25dpo HCG 1610 P4 80.93 = 31 dpo HCg 12K P4 63.9

    12/11 - 1st u/s HB detected
    12/18 -2nd u/s 158 bpm!!!!

    1st RE appt 1/8/09
    Feb - April '09 (Met + Femara 5 mg) = O/BFN
    May - took month off
    June and July - Met + Femara + trigger = O/BFN
    August - Met + Femara = BFP!!! 8-28-09

    YAY! congrats!

    Two Furbabies:

    PCOS Since 2006 and     finally after finding a patient doctor DX August 2008
    Meds: Met 1000MG
    TTC: 09/09- end of 10/09
    Took a break, hubby had accident at work
    Back at it in 12/09 YAY!
