took me awhile to find this thread... it moved! I now have solid crosshairs - and they moved to a day later - I think they still might move again. I had a huge spike - when is your O day in relation to the big spike? The day of? The day before? I can't remember. Hubby and I have been doing the BD every day - let's hope I O'd a "good" egg, and we managed to catch it.

Tina/Rachael, I had the EWCM on cd20 and the cramps on c20/21 an that is why I thought cd 21 was more accurate. FF did change the crosshairs to cd 21. I think cd 20 was my pre-O dip. I am a little concerned thatmaybe I didnt O though... temps seem too low

Abbie, my thermometer was doing that when it was running out of batteries. its worth a try.

Lizzie, your crosshairs look right where they are. Sometimes you can have a pre-O dip and then you O on the first rise but not everyone has that dip

Geek--looks like a temp shift to me. Guess we'll have to see what the next few days bring don't get too discouraged. I'm still hopeful for you!

hi ladies! i hope i can join you... charting always confuses the bejesus out of me... i'm currently 11DPO. i've had a lot of odd things happen in the last week, but try not to read too much into it. i have a feeling that AF might be on her way, but I had a temp drop yesterday and a spike back up today. any thoughts?

Kerri- IMO, I cant say 100% that you ovulated. Your chart is right on the edge of ovulatory/annovulatory. Its a little easier to read a chart having previous charts to compare to. Although, you did have a good temp rise, Im not sure your cover line (horizontal) is high enough. Around 97.4 would make your chart make more sense, making most Pre O temps lower and most of the post o temps higher than the coverline. I agree with where they put the O date. Also on DPO 7 looks like it could possibly be an implantation dip. If a temp drops below the coverline, it doesnt mean your "out" this cycle, its a great sign that the temp went up again. BD looks good. Good Luck!

yeah lizzie, we are. I had a temp drop today so FF changed my O date to cd 20 instead of CD 21. So for now I am at 5dpo. every day that goes by I doubt more and more that I O'd though


kerri, that high temp on cd 14 is what is making your chart look wacky. At this point it does look ovulatory to me though. A drop at 10dpo could be an implantation dip... Luckily, it recovered so I dont think AF will be there for now!

geek/jessica - thanks for your thoughts. i agree with the high temp on cd14. but i had a really rough night sleep that night. personally, i can't even remember if i took it at the right time! LOL

Geek--maybe it's just an early implantation. Do you have any symptoms that would lend toward or against O?

ok... so I need help please! well, answers anyways!

I was supposed to do a clomid cycle this month - I was supposed to call RE on Jan 1 if AF hadn't come yet, to start provera. Well, I had a hunch that I O'd, so I didn't call, and waited and sure enough - it looks like I O'd on my own.

So I called RE today just to update him - I talked with the nurse. She wants me to go for some bloodwork - what bloodwork could they possibly want to do at 4 DPO? It's too early for an HPT! She said they test for something that will determine whether or not I O'd, and how close AF is to coming (if I'm not pregnant). She told me to go to the lab whenever... I could go today, or wait a week. Didn't matter.

Sooo.... what on earth is this test? and how will it give her these answers? are they checking for progesterone? I'm scratching my head over here, wondering if I should wait a while, or go tomorrow.... anyone? Help!

Lizzie, they probably want to do a P4 (a progesterone test). depending on the # they can see if you O'd. Its best to do it at 7dpo or after. I am actually considering calling my doctor and having one done depending on what the next couple of days bring.

Tina, yeah... I had some EWCM for the first time EVER on NYE. I also had some slight cramping on NYE and New Years day. But, I've heard so many stories of women "gearing up to O" and never O'ing that I am afraid that is what happened.

Lizzie-geeks right. They want to test your progesterone. It will be higher if you o'd. HTH!

If you go too early the # may be too low and they may tell you you didnt O. I would wait until 7 dpo if you can...
