    Default Irregular Periods. Try Npc

OK girls so I've had irregular periods since I was a teenager and now im in my mid 20's. Ive had periods that last a month or more. spotting for weeks, maybe have a day or 2 of rest then i would bleed again.Have one month absent of periods, And its been like that for years to the point that I became severly anemic b/c of this. Since September of this year I tried NPC and ladies for 3 months straight, i get my period every 32 days and it last only 5 days. This is heaven sent, thank God that Ive read so many good things about it here. I feel like for once I have my life in control, it feels awesome for once to know more or less when to expect my period. Ive never had that before. So I really urge my sisters to really give this a try. If you can put your make up in the morning and then at night put on a cream.. You can definitely do this for yourself no bother at all.

    Good Luck Ladies.. God Bless..

NPC is Natural Progesterone Cream. You can buy it at alot of places. I got mine at Walmart. It is usually in the vitamin section with the menopause stuff. It is used by some women to bring on AF. Think of it as the cream version of meds like provera.

    Rosaura,
What brand of NPC do you use and when in the cycle do you take it.

well Gina to answer your question, since I dont have a 28 day cycle, what I do is I apply the cream after I ovulate, since females produce progesterone naturally after they ovulate. then I apply it until I get my period shows.. Keep track of your progress on a calendar. I hope this helps. oo and I have used 2 kinds one called Happy PMS and another one called Progesterall. Both worked for me.

Won't a period only show up after you stop/withdrawl from the progesterone? I tried the cream and it worked to bring on a period a few days after I stopped it.

I'm using NPC right now. I'm doing twice a day for 14 days or AF shows. Thursday is day 14 for me. This is what I have read is the way to use it. So will see what happens. Sometimes just as with the pills the dr gives you you'll get AF before stopping. I never have always a few days after stopping.

Tomorrow I start my 7 day NPC after not using for 7 days after having used for what ended up being 12 days because someone forgot to use it. Anyway I had hoped AF would be here by now but at least it feels like it might be coming. Keeping fingers crossed.
