I've had two m/c's in the past, irregular periods (ranging from 27 days to 34 day cycles), extra hair on face and body, and hypothyroidism. After my second m/c, my RE asked me to get endocronologist clearance, so I went to Dr.Borger. At our first appointment, she spent over an hour with me, asked me questions about my medical history, and diagnosed me with a mild case of PCOS. She put me on 1000mg of metformin daily and asked me to regulate my diet and exercise regimen. She explained how the pcos might be the cause for the 2 m/c's. I found her to be very intelligent and thorough. You might want to try her out and see....
