After reading about its nutrition (lower in lactose, richer in protein, made with less milkfat) I picked some up some Greek yogurt today. SO YUMMY... and healthful too! It's a bit creamier and richer than yogurt here in the U.S., which why I love it soooo much. It tastes indulgent, but is totally safe.
My favorite snack is plain Greek yogurt, sliced peaches, cinnamon, and flax seeds.
