    Hi Chrissy, Thx for replying!
I went for the ovarian drilling yesterday. I am in recovery phase now. Pain meds are helping. I am only getting up to go to the bathroom though. I feel a little discomfort when getting up.
I hope to feel better in a couple of days.

Wow! That's an awesome news. I am so happy for you
I am keeping my fingers crossed, and hoping that this works for me too. Going in for the surgery was a big step for me. I have been contemplating about it for some time. Now, that it's done and over with, I am feeling quite relieved and relaxed. Let's see what happens! It's been quite a journey, but in the deepest of my heart, I know that there will be a happy ending

I am hoping for the best for you!! I went today and I am six weeks and 2 days per the ultrasound. I have been having spotting and am already on limited duty per OB. She took a look and said it was old blood, so I guess that is a good thing. I told her about you on here and she said based on my results that you should have high hopes for yourself and the more you look at it working, it will. It sometimes takes time for things to kick in. She is very shocked at my results and never expected me to get pregnant this fast. She is wanting to watch me very careful because it was so quick. Keep me posted girl!!! Is your recovery going alright. Any gas pains in the shoulder?

Wish you all the best. Take good care of yourself.

AFM, the recovery hasn't been too bad, I started feeling better after 3-4 days. I didn't get my first BM until 3 + 1/2 days after the surgery. I think that was causing a lot of uneasiness for me. I stopped the pain meds yesterday. The pain meds were relieving the pain and cramps, but I was feeling very groggy and dizzy. I was getting tired easily too. It has been all uphill upthough. I have been getting up and feeling better every day. I took it easy, watched movies and slept a lot last couple of days.
I feel a little itchy around the incision sites, the white strips are still on, I haven't peeled them off yet. I hope to feel 100% within the next 2-3 days.

Sounds like your moving right along, I had the same thing no bowel movement and I thought the shoulder pain was coming from that but when I went and the pain didnt subside I figured it was the gas they used. Well I went tues for an ultrasound and got a call this morning that the baby's heartbeat was low and had to go right in this morning and the rate on tues was 104, and today it is 115. She says its still alittle low but she is hopeful that it will be fine. I was put on prometrium vaginally till week 13. So wish me luck I get another ultrasound on next friday.

I did have slight shoulder and neck pain on the day after the surgery, but nothing unbearable. It subsided within a day. It's been one full week after the surgery now. I am feeling pretty good. I have stopped all the medications also. I removed the steri-strip from the incision below my belly button yesterday, and I'm amazed at how small the incision is, and it's not really that noticeable either.

Wish you good luck. It all must be scary, but try to relax and de-stress as much as you can. I hope things continue to go well for you. Good luck with the next ultrasound!

Hey there, wanted to check up on you and see how things were going???? Hope all is going as expected! I am still dealing with first trimester symptoms that wont stop. Finally got some really good nausea meds called Zofran and I feel like a millon dollars when I take it. The baby's heart rate was looked at on last friday and it went up to 147. The whole office was happy for me. My doc was excited, she would see me in the hall way and give me the thumbs up. She says she was waiting outside the ultrasound door to hear the results. She now has offically schd. my first OB appt and we are on a roll I guess. She says I am about 90% out of the woods now. Well enough about me, I am excited to hear how you are doing and hope to hear from you Babyhope!!!
