Question If you're ovulating, does that mean that your hormones are balanced ?

This may be a dumb question, but I really don't know.
I'm not trying to get pregnant, I'm once again trying to lose weight and balance my hormones, (because I had given up for a while).
I figure, I might as well give it another try and keep going and see if I can conquer PCOS.

So if you're ovulating, does that mean that your hormones are balanced and if you're not ovulating, I'm assuming it's because you have a hormone imbalance......right ?

I think you can still have a hormonal imbalance and ovulate.

I got pregnant twice with no intervention, but I still had signs my testosterone was too high.

I think it all just depends on how your hormones are imbalanced and how badly.

Ovulation is a good sign you're on the right track. Don't forget to take a look at your other symptoms though!
