Quick-and-Dirty - Thin Cyster
Hi there. I'm new to this site and was recently diagnosed with PCOS. My doctor indicated that I have "skinny PCOS"...yet I would not consider myself to be particularly thin (but definitely no obese).
Could anyone provide me with a quick summary of what it means to be a thin cyster? Should I begin a low GI diet? I am TTC and recently started met. There is so much information to weed through and a simple explanation would be incredibly helpful. I'm an American living in Dubai, which makes it even more complicated! Many, many thanks.

Hi!
I am also new here and just posted about my experiences a moment ago. You will see in my post I recommend you read a post here on the forum by Kat.
It is called: Pcos Treatment - Non-obese Women
I would recomend you follow the link to the PDF file. It is a bit medical but if you can get your head around it, it is the very best explanation I have found.
I have been going through this for over a year, so any questions just ask!
