    Red face Fiber One Bars

I love these bars, especially the oats and chocolate. They are great for a quick breakfast or a pick me up snack to hold you over between meals.

However, you must be careful to monitor how many you eat in one day! I found this out the hard way, I had one for breakfast and had some stashed in my desk for snacks. Well, an hour before lunch I had one to help keep my blood sugar up and then around 3 I had another to hold me over before dinner. I got the worst stomach ache! I will spare you the gory details, but I felt as if I would explode!!

I forgot how many I had eatten, if I would log my foods it would have helped! I learned my lesson about that, I make sure if I have one for breakfast, they are off limits for the rest of the day!

The same thing happend to me!
Only I would eat just one for breakfast and every day at 2pm -like clockwork - my stomach rumbled so bad, and then...

I have a friend who also experienced this too.

They are great tasting, however, I had to stop them because of what they did to me.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! It was horrible at the time, but now it's kinda funny!

I used to eat them all the time and have the cereal for breakfast, but it just made me feel incredibly gassy and bloated all the time. On the days that didn't eat the bars, I wouldn't feel like that, so I just stopped eating them. They're so yummy, but I just couldn't take they way made me feel! The cereal wasn't as bad, but I've found other cereals that have just as much fiber and don't make me feel like my stomach is going to explode.

I think these are good also but don't like what they do to me. Instead I eat the Kelloggs Fiber Plus ones.....I think they are delicious and don't keep me in the bathroom.
