I've only heard of using Soy Isoflavones to O, and you take it like Clomid, 5 days in your cycle and no more.

I bought some about CD29 after reading about it. I thought I was going to get AF around that time but I'm now on CD50 waiting for AF to rear her ugly head so I can use it.

I can't wait to give soy a try!

I've decided to try soy for the first time this cycle - am on day 2 today so will take my first lot this evening. Would be great to know how everyone gets on.

I'm also trying to employ positive mental attitude and maximise relaxation....we've been TTC for nearly two years now - must be our turn soon for BFP!

I am doing my first soy cycle too. I haven't been on clomid so I just kinda guessed with the 120mg/day thing and the dates. (based off what i read on here and other places online)

I've been light headed lately. I'm wondering if its the soy. If it works, its worth it, so I'll tuff it out, tomorrow is my last day anyways.

I actually thought maybe you were talking about a different kind of soy so I googled it.

For those of you just starting this - let us know what happens! I was considering it for this cycle as well, but I was just too lazy to get to the store to get some and didn't feel like doing the research on which days were best and which amount was best to start with. lol

I kinda just want to do this on my own without meds, which is why I haven't called my OB/GYN back yet this cycle.

I think I O on my own. It's just not on CD 14ish...it's more like CD 30-35. lol Does anyone know if soy would help me O sooner even though I already O on my own?
