Hi there everyone!
I hope everyone is well and has had a lovely summer!
Well, i guess i should tell you why i'm here.
When i was 19, i was diagnosed with a Fibroid (non-cancerous tumour) located on my womb. It was a large, 18cms. Luckily, it was sitting on the top of my womb and was removed via the bikini line. The surgeon told me that she thought i had slight PCOS (this were in August 2006).
Ever since i have had mixed reviews if i had it or not. It wasn't clear. The last Dr i asked said it 'sounds' like i do. I have one or two hair grows, on hair under my chin and on my chest. My periods are regular though, although my cycle is approx 30 days long.
What i've always wanted in life is children. I know PCOS can affect fertility. And it prays on my mind regularly, especially when the people around me are having babies. Although i don't plan on having babies just yet, as i'm at uni. I really want children in the future.
I would be very greatful if anyone could give me any information or guidence on what could help me.
Love,
Kay![]()
