And I don't ovulate on my own and they can't obviously trigger me this will HAVE to be a cancelled cycle right? I just am at shock stage last month I grew a HUGE one at 50mg of clomid, granted it was only ONE but it grew, now I have 2 today at 15mm and need to get to 18 for maturity so they have asked me to come back on friday if I don't have my surge tomorrow becasue today it was negativo!! But my boobs are a lil sore does that mean I might be there ya think?!?!? I am at CD19 today

I'm sorry I don't know. Most mature follies have to be 18MM to be ovulated. I don't ovulate on my own also and when they made me trigger I was at 16MM and they told me they grow 1-2MM per day even after trigger. Hopefully you have better news tomorrow.

Well, they do like to see them 18mm to 20mm on Clomid from my understanding. And some PCOS women Ov later in their cycle, so this could be fine still.

I did have a cycle where my follies stopped growing on Clomid, it was the only one we were monitoring with the hopes of triggering... cycle was cancelled, and we moved on to a higher dose the next round.

I hope they're just late bloomers. They are making progress, so that's promising.

Well something told me (them being RE's) that they already have a feeling that I am done this cycle biegn I was on 100mg and they are slowly growing that she had already told me her plan for next month going up to 150mg of clomid. We shall see I go tommorow morning and see if they have grwon but even at that at only 2mm a day will only and barely get me to 18

I had two follies grow 4-5mm in 48hours last month, hope that helps

Chula, I wish you lots of luck. I am on 150mg of Clomid. I know that my follicles are ready by CD 12, but most women have later bloomers. I really hope that your follicles will be perfect and ready for trigger. Nobody wants a cycle that's a bust before you even O.

Mature follies are 15mm+, your size is great so I wouldn't stress. You O'd last cycle which is great! The ideal size is 18-23mm, and you were at 15mm yesterday so you should be at least at 18mm tomorrow. Even if you only stay at 15mm you still have a shot. GL!
