Pending Miscarriage???

We had a 5 day blast transfer FET on 9/12. I got a BFP with an HPT 5 days after transfer. Here are my beta break downs:
9/22 Beta 119 P4 45
9/24 Beta 189
9/28 Beta 622 P4 35
9/30 Beta 735 P4 40.9

The Dr himself called me today with the news. He said blighted ovum, ectopic, or pending miscarriage. They are retesting me on Friday but he doesn't hold out much hope. Since the levels are still so low they said they wouldn't be able to see anything on ultrasound yet. I will know more on Friday but at this point they have canceled my ultrasound for the 7th until they see what my numbers are doing. I'm much rather have a natural m/c if that is what is to happen. Honestly, I don't hold much hope for this pregnancy. I did until today's results because I was a slow riser with DD but by this time she had more than tripled.
Do you too think this is a miscarriage waiting to happen?

I don't have any answers for you. I just wanted to let you know I'm praying for you and that tiny baby. - There is always hope, and there is always a reason. I really wish you weren't having to deal with this. *hugs*

I'll find out this afternoon after the 5th beta what's going on or hopefully what our plan is. I hate the waiting.
