Welcome to Almost December ladies....cannot believe its almost christmas!!!

Sarah - the herbal stuff is fine, havent noticed any difference yet....but then af is till here so hopefully when she goes il feel better lol xxxx

No real plans for today. Going to post on this and do a bit of boring housework - just took dd to have xray on her leg she has devloped a lump they think its osgood schlatters - growing so quick ligaments cant keep up but want to rule out bone cancer etc. Defo think its the osgood as shes only 10 and is 5 ft 3ins i am only 5ft 9 so she is catching up fast - and takes my clothes - cheeky mere!! A heart to heart is always good me and matt try and have one as often as we can just to make sure we are still singing from the same hymn sheet haha - one of his sayings :/ Have rung fertility clinic about taking norethisterone and going to ask to be scanned and have bloods done before starting so if this is the case couldn't start them until next weekend anyway. Any advice on epo as i take 1000mg each day all the time but just read it should be 2000-3000mg from cd1-o ? what do our ttc buddies do?

Dani, thank you for the new thread, how are the cramps now? Any better?

Sam, EPO should only be taken to ovulation. It's good for your CM, so there would possibly be no point taking it after ovulation. I have read about 2000mg is good. I take a bit more than 1000mg as it is contained in two pills I take. I might try more if there is a next cycle.

Sa, I thought Dan was better yesterday? Do you and Dan ever go out for a meal in a quiet restaurant/family pub? You are so busy with all your jobs I would understand you never do it due to lack of time. I think a heart to heart whilst in a nice meal setting would be really good for you. Also it would make sure you don't start shouting at each other or wrestling

I am fine despite a rocky start to the day! I ended up needing the car for something else this morning, so had to wake up at 5am like Pete to take him to work, but someone blocked our driveway (we live in a busy terraced area and have a shared drive luckily, but we get blocked in, mainly by the same stupid girl, I think she just can't park, unless she is just plain rude). Anyway took me 10 minutes with Pete guiding me, to reverse the car inbetween two cars blocking us.

Anyway, as to my more important BBT chart, well I'm not even sure I got the temps right as I usually take my temps twice at specific times, and do the average. But today I could only take it once at 5:00 and had to adjust the second one.

I took a pregnancy test this morning with second morning pee, as I forgot when I got up as still half asleep. But it was negative... will keep testing every day! xxx

Maria your only 7dpo, there is no need to drive yourself mad poas evry day!!!! I normally poas around 10dpo then if bfn 12 dpo then 14 dpo.....if you keep doing it every day your gonna drive yourself insane by the end of the 2 weeks wait!!! What a stupid girl parking in front of your driveway, id have left a note on her windscreen asking where she learnt to drive/park!! lol xxxxx hugs xxxxx Also just a question but why take 2 temps? so long as youve had a minimum of 3 hours sleep the first temp you take is the temp you should chart!! doesnt matter what time of morning you wake up so long as youv had at least 3 hours uninteruppted sleep!!! Thats your real bbt!! Your chart however looks promisiing, but yo are only 7dpo, im eager to see if yur temps rise again in a day or two.....its kinda exciting!!!!

Dani, you're making all very valid points :-) I know it's too early to POAS but I just thought maybe a miracle would happen, lol. I will try to test only every two days though, but it's so tempting when the tests are just there (they are the 10mIU early ones from eBay so fairly cheap too).

I take 2 temps because from last cycle I was not sure which one to take. I often wake up slightly at 5am when Pete gets up, and sometimes need the toilet, so I thought i would take my underarm temperature before then (or Pete does it for me if I am asleep). But then I don't always know if Pete left it long enough etc, so I want to double-check when I get up myself towards 9am (I am lazy I know ), and I take it down below (as it is supposed to be more accurate). I chart on paper both my temps separately, and then chart the average on Fertility Friend. I have found the two charts are fairly different, that's why I don't know which temp to trust alone, and prefer the average which seems to make more sense although it's more work. You must think I am OTT, lol.

As for the stupid girl, Pete left her a note asking not to block the driveway, but by the time she moved the car it had rained so much I doubt she'll have been able to read it! Stupid girl AND stupid Manchester constant rain!

Thank you for being excited for me girls, I so hope I get a BFP. We all get so hopeful for each other everytime and it's so disheartening that nothing happens. xxx

Maria - ohh i dont know what me and dan are doing i am getting so exhausted by it!! one day were fine the next were not we do go for meals when we can but dan dosnt talk he just eats its a very silent meal hes not one for dinner conversation :/

Sam - I have no clue on the epo I have only just started to take it lol

MARIA!!!! girlie, your temps are meant to be ORAL or VAGINAL!!! ur underarm does not count!! im gonna come take ur temp every morning!!! lol If you wake at 5am with Pete then you need to temp either oral or vaginal (but it has the be the SAME every day!!! yu cant change partway through a cycle) and do it as soon as you wake up, whatever time it is, then thats the temp your stuck with, doesnt matter if you dont like it lol......What are we gonna do with you girlie!!!
As for the poas, i get it honey, when i have the cheapies sat in the cupboard i wanna pee on them all the time too!!!! they just scream at you to pee on them!!!! praying this is your bfp cycle tho sweetie xx

evening primrose oil hunny, omg its fowl!!! I accidnentaly burst the gel capsule it came in cause dan started to tickle me whilst i had it in my mouth and i bit down omg i nearly hurled LOL inside the capsule i imagine you cant tase it

and maria u cant temp that way lol your underarm is the most unprecise temperature reading int he world just go for the vaginall or like i do oral one the min u wake up and stick to that temp. I have a digital thermometer so it beebs when its done, i tend to dose back off for 2 mins whilst the thermometer is in my mouth but the beep wakes me up hahaha, you cant average your temps ont his graph it has to be a true reading :/

I am getting told off lol

I know it sounds bad, but I to take it underarm at 5 everymorning and down there at 9am every day (both as soon as I wake up, since I wake up twice), so it sort of makes sense.

I'll finish this cycle doing what I've been doing, then next cycle I'll stick to down there, at 5am (although Pete refuses to do that for me so I'll always have to wake up)

I hate taking my temp in the mouth, I feel like sucking on the thermometer and that it might change the temp, lol.

Oh and my thermometer beeps and records the last temp too, but Pete sticks it under my arm and goes to get dressed so he does not hear the beep and if I am asleep I don't either...

What are we going to do with me, lol!

Maria ur sooooo funny!!! u make me giggle! the vaginal is the most precise but i hate it!! lol i always stick it under me tongue and dose, then get woken by it beeping at me!!! i take mine when paul leaves for work as im half awake as he's kissing me goodbye lol....
Doesnt matter if it isnt the same time evry day so dont feel like you HAVE to wake up!! if you sleep past 6 then thats fine!! all through the week my temp is taken around 6am, but at the weekend it isnt till about 8am!! some of the ladies on here set there alarm for the same time every day, wake up take their temps then go back to sleep! that would do my head in!!! Lol

lol i giggled too reading that, My weekend temps are taken alot earlier than my weekly ones I take them about 7am on a weekday but about 4:30am on a weekend as I have to train :/ I dont think I could ever do it vaginaly im so drowsy when i wake up knowoing my luck id slip it int he wrong hole accidentaly or something LMAO!!

I know exactly how you feel!!!!! Gutted especially as my sister and i got preg at same time and she is now 16 weeks well jealous. Matt has a girl at work who is 7 or 8 weeks pregnant and is going to have an abortion - god it makes ne sooooooooooo angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i cry about it all the time
