Saw Palm all cycle long?

I just bought Saw Palm standardized 160mg. Is it recommended to take all cycle long (if I do have a period?) Should I take 2 in the morning or twice a day instead.

I am currently TTC and I take one SP cap with breakfast and one with dinner. I only take it until I O, then I stop, as SP is not recommended during pregnancy.
