Tonight: Ham/Turkey Patty with Green Beans
Take ground turkey, mix with bran and onion until it sticks together, and make a big patty. In the middle put a slice of ham and a slice of cheese, fry it til it's cooked and add another slice of cheese on top. Also sautee green beans in some olive oil and add Montreal Chicken Seasoning on top for flavour. (Available at Costco).
This dinner was sooooooooo yummy!
