Anyone else taking Omega-3?

One of the supplements i'm taking at the moment is an Omega-3 fish oil called Coromega, which actually doesn't taste half bad and tastes NOTHING like fish. I was just wondering if anyone has had good results with fish oil?

I'm not doing the fish oil thing, though I have tried Coromega. I didn't care for it. I take Hemp Oil for a balance of essential fatty acids. I'm not sure if Americans can get it readily or not, though.

Does anyone know?

Your question sparked my curiosity, so I did a search on GNC.com, Drusgtore.com and Puritan.com. When I typed in "Hemp Oil" at GNC, the only thing listed was flavored natural lubricants containing hemp. I found that interesting. The other 2 listed other oils, fish oil was at the top of the list, but hemp oil wasn't listed at all. So as far as I can tell, no, I can't seem to find hemp oil here. But, then again, I didn't do an extensive search either. Do you have a brand name I can search?

I'll look later when I have more time to play on the internet.

The company is Herbal Select. They're based here in Ontario. Here's the nutritional breakdown...

1000mg of 100% pure cold pressed Hemp seed oil

Omega 3 fatty acids - alpha linolenic acid 190mg
Omega 6 fatty acids - linoleic acid 570mg, gamma linolenic acid 17mg
Omega 9 fatty acids (oleic acid) - 120mg

I searched all over and found that I can order Hemp Seed Oil online, but it comes from Canada. Far as I can tell, we can't readily get it here in America. Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places.

hey there.. I love my coromega. I do not eat ANY seafood..it tastes great..I used to take flax oil but it expires sooo fast, and it makes me sick at the tummy, and didn't really work. I have like nooo money, and I'm super good at combing through the net. I found the cheapest place to get it in the us...
