Hi,

I'm new here and have been browsing for a while. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 1999 but like many others I didn't really have any signs and symptoms just really irregular cycles but only after I started take BCPs and stopped. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a couple of years now and we did manage to get pregnant but it ended in an Ectopic. We've decided to try again after a 7 month break, well it really wasn't a break we weren't using any protection but needless to say nothing will ever happen on it's own. I forgot to mention my last pregnancy was a result of clomid and we're getting ready to give it another try next cycle. I am scared to death of having another Ectopic but I'm also excited by the posiblity of having a child. I'm 29 and would like to have at least 2 kids before I turn 34. This is getting pretty long so I guess I'll end this now. I Look forward to meeting you guys.

good luck with having a healthy pg as soon as possible! have you joined us on the ttc board yet?

dh and i have been ttc for just over two years, but we haven't been on anything stronger than met yet. i'm not ir, but it helped me get af for a while. we're going to ask for more of that, as well as being able to start on clomid at my doctor appt next month.

are you in florida? my dad lives in deerfield beach. i haven't been there yet. i visited him when he lived in fort lauderdale a few (oh wow! 6 1/2 years!!!!) ago. it was way to hot for me! in december!

I am originally from Miami but I live in Alabama now because I am in the military but florida is always first in my heart. The heat really didn't bother me growing up but once I left and now that I go back, sometimes I long for the warmth but most of the time I can't stand it. I used to live in Ohio and it would be so weird to go to Miami in December it would be like 80 degrees and in Ohio it would be like 10 below zero.

Don't worry you are dediantly not alone. Good luck with whatever you try in ttc.
My hubbie and I are going through the exact same thing. We mc a few years ago, and haven't gotten pregnant since. But we aren't given up.
