Default can I use TCM using daily food?

I know TCM is helpful. and one can use daily food based on yin yang etc...

Cant I improve my food based on TCM as alternative medicine. I dont want to buy herbs and try those. e.g. I just read here that too much spearmint or peppermint could be harmful for you. I didnt know that.

    any Chinese food expert?

Had 2 iuis in nov 2008 after clonus and puregon and got pregnant! It was wonderful- our donor sperm count was low, but it worked! kept up with metformin and did 100 mg progesterone suppositories 2x day.
Sadly, I miscarried Jan 3 2009 or so.

Itsbeen 6 mo and we started again- just Oregon this time- had 2 24mm folicles which both released after hcg trigger shot. Donor sample was great 17 and 15 mill on each day.

    Poss Sunday and mon- bfn

went for beta yesterday. Was told it was negative
    crap!

Anyone else experience bfn after unexplained miscarriage?
Is there any chance I'm preggo but very very low hcg level?

How do people handle the tremendous cost of all this?

    Looking for some hope!

A friend suggested that due to LH's short half life, I should be doing ovulation tests twice a day. Has anyone else heard anything about that? And is that even possible, considering that the tests require you to not urinate for 4 hours before testing and NOT using your first morning urine? Yikes! Any advice?
