Question sick and a little worried

First of all, sorry if this doesn't belong here. Last week I started having a headache, I just ignored it and carried on with day to day, then a couple days ago i got a stiff neck, nothing too bad I can still move it, it just hurts, then I just thought I'd sleep on it wrong, well now today I'm really dizzy.

so now i'm a little worried..anyone ever have anything like this?

I had a similar thing happen to me the other day. I did not sleep well the night before and i started with a headache in the back of my head which i thought was odd. Took some Tylenol and went to work. It was still there the next day. that freaked my out so i went to my doctor. I was also having stiff neck and upper back. He told me that i was probably having a tension headache. As far as the neck and back he told me it was my pillow. he recommended a tempur pedic pillow. he said he uses one and his neck and back are much better. You might want to try that.

I've had that too and so has my dd. I took my dd to the doctor and she had a sinus infection. She didn't have a stuffy nose or anything like that, but had a sinus infection in the back of her head and her neck was still and had a headache. You can have a sinus infection in the back without any symptoms. I hope you feel better soon...
