Side Effects

Is there anyone here who didn't have any side effects at 500mgs, but did have trouble when bumping it up to 1000mgs after a week or so?

I was absolutely fine on 500mg and even when I bumped up to 1000 I was only expirencing little or no side effects...I find that when they pushed me up to 1500 I started with the bathroom issues and twice now I have woken up in the middle of the night to be ill. Still, all said they are still very manageble and getting better...I'm finding now that after only being on met for about a month and a half that the side effects have calmed down. My body seems to be getting used to it. So keep positive. It effects everyone differently and with time I hope that it will get better for you!!

I didn't have any problems with 500mg, but had a pretty bad upset tummy for a few days after I bumped up to 1000mg. I stayed at that level for a few weeks before I bumped up to 1500mg and haven't had any s/e this time. Good luck!
