My Mood: Points: 12,491.39 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 12,491.39 | Side effects! Please help! I try to keep a watch on both my carbs and fat intake but am still having side effects!
I can't figure out what I am eating that is bad. I don't eat iceburg lettuce anymore.
So do the side effects (specifially diarrhea) mostly come from too many carbs or too much fat??

The best thing to do would be to keep a food journal to see if there is something that you eat commonly that could be triggering the s/e and eliminating it for a day or two to see if that helps. If not, talk to your dr about the dosage and/or maybe trying a smaller dose or XR.
