 Side effects from SPI
It is my 3rd day on SPI. My stomach aches, and I have a nausea. I started to worry what is going on so I went to see a specialist. She sayd that it is normal reaction. The SPI has a purifiing effect on the body, so the aches and other worries are coused by my body, who tries to get ride of all the "trash" it has in it 
Just wanted to let you know, that when something like this happens to you, you know what couses it.
