I am so confussed. I took a at home Ovualtion test and I am confussed some people say it might not be that postive due to one line was lighter then the other. But on the box it said due to certain medications with PCOS that the test could be wrong. So today is CD 14 and my OB/GYN told me and my hubby to start doing the baby dance, on CD 14, 16, and 18. But also I was told from someone else that CD 20 is another day your fertile too. So I we are going to do the baby dance 4 nights.

What my question is this....This morning I woke up like I was having a hot flash...I was hot and need my house to be cold as it can get. I am so anxious to doing the baby dance tonight...and the next few nights as well. Could the hot flash be a sign of ovulation? Also with breaking out with Acne before my CD of ovualtion I have broken out on my face with Acne and I usually don't have bad acne!

I'm not TTC @ this moment,and I'm not necessarily an expert in this area since I'm not actively ttc conceive @ this moment,however,I am keeping track of my ovualtion naturally(without any basal or blood monitoring @ this time) so that when it's time,I will be prepared.... ...I would suspect you could be ovulating.As a woman,we know our bodys and changes,and actually the hormones will release/cause certain things to happen.I notice when I ovuluate the cervical mucuos changes(the egg white,strechy,slimy disharge,sorry to sound gross,but that the only way I can describe it)I wake up in the middle of the night with hot flashes and also hot flashes during the day @ work also.It's so bad @ times @ work,that I have to bring in a fan and cut it on high.Now I work in a hosptial and so it's already always cold in here anyways.Lastly,my skin goes CRAZY :rant2: .I get cystic breakouts around that time faithfully every month.So my friend,your having all the obvious signs to me anywayz,but I'm no Endocrinologist or Gynecologist!!!! I pray this helps
