Hey Ladies- Has anyone else seen that new Vaniqa commercial? It is JUST HORRID. The voice sounds like a female porn star and all of the pictures are of skinny old women or Indian/Asian women. I had to giggle to myself thinking, Well, I guess they aren't going to put a chubby white 20-something with a full beard on tv.

What did you think?

Julie, even non-caucasians may want to use vaniqa to slow facial hair growth. And regular women are more likely to develop facial hair after menopause, so that's why the older women would have been in the commercial.
I realise you didn't mean to be rude, but there's nothing silly about represinting Indian/Asian women or older women in a commercial.

I haven't seen it yet. I guess maybe it's more "acceptable" for those types of people to have facial hair?
