Back in March I started taking Fertility Blend for Women. I was skeptical but I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it. At the time I was also on Metformin. After coming here and reading about Cinnamon, I made the switch. Last month, after 2 months on Fertility Blend and 1 month on Cinnamon I got AF. This was my first AF in a long, long time that didn't result from taking drugs. I posted last month about this and while I still skeptical, I kept up with both supplements. Well, on Monday I got AF AGAIN for the second consecutive month!!!
The label on FB says it will take at least 3 cycles to see significant results and I'm on my way. My hope now is that I will ovulate. I'm not quite sure how to track this without buying a bunch of ovulation tests. If anyone has any tips, please let me know.

That's great. I have been taking cin. for a few months now and it has really helped my IR. I thought about fertility blend but was in a hurry and I am on clomid now. If clomid doesn't woke maybe I will give it a try.
It's great that you found the right combination to help. We are all so different

I have heard nothing but good things about cinnamon. I think i will have to get some and try it out. Congratulations on getting AF for 2 consecutive months. I am looking forward to the day my periods regulate.
How do you take the cinnamon??
And what is a Fertility Blend??

I take Cinnamon in place of the Metformin, (2) 500 mg capsules per day for IR. Fertility Blend is a proprietary blend that contains Vitex. After reading the reviews for it on drugstore.com I decided to try it. Some people said just using Vitex is just as good and cheaper, however in my experience I saw results quicker with FB. That to me is worth paying a little more money for.
There is a website (www.fertilityblend.com) and you can read up on all of the clinical trials they did. I found it at my local Rite Aid (I couldn't find it at Walgreens or Eckerd) but they also sell it on drugstore.com and even Amazon.com.

NBusc41144, congratulations, these are great developments and I wish you no AF very soon but for a different reason than PCOS ;-) ;-).
I have a question: how long does it take for cinammon to work? FB can take 3 months apparently but what about cinammon? Many thanks for any insights into this. All the best
