Sinuses

Ugh I have a stuffy nose, and minor headache. I need a quick fix so I can feel perked up for tonight, Im going to a concert! HELP ME LADIES!!!!

goodies headache powder seems to work for me with the headaches. It tastes nasty because it is in a powder form, but if you chase it with some sprite or something it's not so bad. Plus it works super fast!!!

as for the stuffed up nose. What I do is I get some nose spray. The medicated kind. Along with that I get another nose spray (little noses I believe). The medicated nose spray helps break up whatever is inside. BUT you can only use it a certain amount of time. That's why I get the regular nasal spray too. That way I can use that to help with the stuffyness as well. I like the brand little noses because you can use it on babies so you know it's safe. AND you can use it as often as needed. Hopefully that can help you. It seems to work for me pretty good.

When my sinuses act up, I smear Vick's vaporub around my eyes (be careful) and under my nose. Then I lay down for awhile. By the time I get up, my head is clear.

Worth a try?

that seems like a good idea as well. I might have to give that a try today. I feel my sinuses acting up!!!florida is beautiful, i could just do without all this pollen!!!!
