Hey girlies-

So any of u have tips on what a good skin care regiment would be? I know some of you like proactiv. Have you tried anything else?

Also have any of you experienced really tiny bumps on the forehead that won't go away? I know KatCarney says she exercised a whole lot and it cleared up eventually.
Anyway experienced this and what did you do?

Exercised, steamed, took flutamide, ate no refined carbs...
